TT-30P to NEMA 14-50R Adapter for EV Charging Only

This unique adapter makes it possible to plug in your electric vehicle at the 30 amp outlets commonly found at campgrounds and RV parks. These "TT-30" outlets are only 120 volt, but can supply double the current of regular household outlets. Using this adapter, Tesla vehicles can charge in half the time compared to a regular 120 volt outlet.

We stock different varieties of this adapter - one is a compact model without a cord, and the others come with various cable lengths. They all function the same, so choose whichever one you prefer. The corded ones have illuminated receptacles which helps to verify power is present and makes it easier to plug in at night - and both ends have folding handles to make it safer and easier to use.

Note: The TT-30 outlets found at campgrounds are often confused with NEMA 10-30 dryer outlets due to their similar appearance. If you're not sure which one you need, please give us a call. The TT-30 outlets supply 120 volts at 30 amps - so you can potentially charge at twice the speed of a regular outlet, depending on the capability of your vehicle's charger.

Caution: Other similar adapters available elsewhere are made for RV use and will not work for EV charging as they are wired differently. Our adapters are specially designed for electric vehicle charging, and should work with most EV charging systems. They have been tested to work with Tesla Model S, Model X, Model 3, and 2018 Nissan Leaf. The JuiceBox version has a 2 ft. cord and easy-grip handles and has been tested to work with JuiceBox - please select that version from the available options if you will be using it with JuiceBox, as the other ones are wired differently and may not work with JuiceBox. Not suitable for RV use.
