Returns for refund or exchange are welcomed within 30 days from delivery of your order. For regularly stocked items, you may send the item back for a full refund minus shipping. For custom items that are made-to-order, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee. If you wish to exchange your order for a different item of similar or greater value, we can generally provide a prepaid return label or compensate you for return shipping when that is not possible. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility. Please just contact us and mention your order number so we can be expecting your return, and remember to include your order number in the package. It’s that simple – we like to make the returns process as easy as possible for you 🙂
Warranty claims are accepted within 3 years from delivery of your order. Every item we sell is covered by our industry-leading 3-year warranty. If any defects appear within this time period, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. In the event the item has been discontinued and is unrepairable, you will be offered a new, comparable item of equivalent value. If it has been more than 30 days, and the item is not working as it should be, it’s a warranty issue and will be covered under the terms of our 3 year warranty.
