Refund policy
Returns & Warranty
Returns for refund or exchange are welcomed within 30 days from delivery of your order. For regularly stocked items, you may send the item back for a full refund minus shipping. For custom items that are made-to-order, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee. On a case-by-case basis, we might make an exception and accept returns of unused items after 30 days, but in such cases a restocking fee will apply. Feel free to contact us with any questions. If you wish to exchange your order for a different item of similar or greater value, we can generally provide a prepaid return label or compensate you for return shipping when that is not possible. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility. Please complete the Return Order Form (click here) so we know to expect your return. Once you have completed that form, simply send the item back to the address below. If for some reason you could not complete the form, jsut send the item back and include a short note indicating whether you want a refund or need a follow-up, and whether there is any problem with the item or you simply don't need it. No questions asked. It’s that simple – we like to make the returns process as easy as possible for you 🙂
Track (or cancel) your order: Log in to your account and visit My Orders to view your order status and, if needed, cancel an order that has not yet been shipped.
Warranty claims are accepted within 3 years from delivery of your order. Every item we sell is covered by our industry-leading 3-year warranty. If any defects appear within this time period, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. In the event the item has been discontinued and is not repairable, you will be offered a new, comparable item of equivalent value. If it has been more than 30 days, and the item is not working as it should be, it’s a warranty issue and will be covered under the terms of our 3 year warranty.
