This is a somewhat rare adapter that met our needs in a unique situation where we only had a NEMA 15-50 outlet available for EV charging. It has a high-quality construction and works well for our application.

This adapter has a NEMA 15-50 plug which fits 50A 208V 3-phase outlets, and converts it to a standard NEMA 14-50 outlet for use with common EV charging stations. Note, this adapter has power and ground wired but no neutral - this is perfect for EV charging, but may not work for other applications that require a 120V neutral.
