David Benning Worked perfectly for me. I already had an L6-30 outlet in my garage, and this allows me to charge at 240 volts and 24 amps using the Tesla mobile charger.

Mitchell Howell The L6-30 is not the typical plug used ro charge a Tesla, but I already had one pre existing in my garage, so why pay to have something else installed. Tesla doesn't offer an adapter for this so I took a chance on this. It has worked great and I don't require a 50amp circuit since I don't drive that much on an average day. This 24amp is more than enough to change the car in a few hours. This adapter automatically set the max amperage to 24amps when I plugged it in, and so far I have had 0 issues. Thanks EVSE
