This specially designed power converter is a step-down transformer connected to a J1772 EV charger receptacle, enabling you to operate all standard 120V appliances at electric vehicle charging stations. It converts any electric vehicle charging station to a regular 120V wall outlet capable of operating any appliance. It is a very useful device for camper vans and RVs. Van dwellers who want to plug in to electric car chargers to charge their batteries or operate appliances can easily do so now. It makes van life so much more convenient! We now offer your choice of a full-size 3000 watt converter or a small 300 watt converter. Both variations come with a detachable input cord which is 2 feet in length and plugs into the back of the unit. This allows for ease of installation and gives you the option of extending the cord by simply connecting a C13 extension cord if desired.

New "mini" model now available! We have released a mini version for those who just want to power a low wattage device, perhaps an ebike charger or other small appliance. The mini version is rated for 300 watts max, or 200 watts continuous. It is super small and easy to take with you. Just make sure your device will operate at under 200 watts, and you're all set.

The full-size 3000 watt model features both a standard 120V outlet and a 30 amp TT-30 outlet on front. The included voltage meters show you the input and output voltages at a glance, and the rotary switch lets you fine-tune the output voltage to ensure optimal operation of your appliances. Rated for 3000 watts continuous (3500 watts peak for 1 minute). The rating is based on operation of non-inductive loads at room temperature while sheltered from direct sunlight and with ample ventilation. For your safety, we have re-engineered the transformer coil to provide a centered ground, ensuring no risk of voltage on the ground line and ensuring no circuit faults - a safety feature that you will not find on off-the-shelf transformers. Since EV chargers output voltages may vary a little from one to the next (usually between 200-250V), our 3000 watt converters feature a multiple input voltage selection, enabling you to tweak the output voltage when desired, to maximize your available power. This is a feature that most transformers do not have. It virtually eliminates the risk of under-voltage issues, letting your sensitive appliances operate at their optimal voltage. Approximate weight and dimensions: 24 lbs. / 9 x 8 x 6 inches.

This product comes with a 1 year warranty.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Buyer Beware. I now have bought two—one older 3000W model and the newer one available now. The older one lasted for over a year but then starting acting funny so I purchased the newer model. The upgraded model is an improvement, but in the span of two months it stopped working twice.

EVSE offers a three year warranty, and I was successful at returning the new one back once and receiving it back once repaired. It broke down within a month of getting it back—I’m assuming the same problem of a faulty (cheap) switch.

I realized that my older one was still under warranty, and I sent both back—the older one I sent back in March, and the newer model, in April. I was supposed to receive them a month ago. Not only have I not gotten my transformers back, I can’t get an update or even a response from them anymore. My whole van setup was contingent upon having a working transformer to keep me charged, and I live in my rig full time.

If you do end up buying, try to get it repaired yourself before sending it in.

They’ve discontinued the support email system both through their website (you used to get and auto-reply of a ticket creation), and you can’t use the support email address anymore (you get an automatic error message now

Has this been reviewed by Bob Wells on CheapRVLiving Youtube channel? Bob has 850,000 Supscribers and is Host of the Rubber Tramp Rondevous in Quartsite AZ that hundreds of Nomads attend. All his followers live in vehicles and his non proffit called Homes on Wheels Alliance would also benefit from this EV to RV charger. You should send him one to review.....

This is my second one. Nothing wrong with the first one; still going strong but I would be lost without it if it ever died so I bought a spare. Truly great!!!

Just received the unit. I'm using it to charge a bluetti elite 300. I went to the local state park with an EV charger and it worked perfectly once I realized what voltage the ev station was outputting. Now I have the ability to charge my power station at any ev charger. Gives me a sense of security.

Works just like I hoped

Works just like I hoped, plug into j1776 plug sign in and adjust maybe to 120ish and recharge batteries and ac. The j1776 are “slow” compared to the fast chargers which is great news as they are more empty spots. Haven’t been next to anyone acutely but I do go later evening. Surprised I only pull 1500iah watts. Usually 5-6 dollars for the electricity

Ideal for my Transit Van RV

I purchased this for my transit van rv. Ordered it from Florida but had it delivered to my home in Canada. I wont lay eyes on it until May or June, but I am looking forward to getting it set up. Hopefully, if I have any issues, you'll be able to help me out. I was very happy to be able to find this device. I was trying to cobble something like it together a couple years ago and just couldn't get everything I needed. You can thank AI for helping me find it and you :)

Finally Solved My Bluetti Charging Issues

I had been trying to charge my Bluetti AC300 with 3 B300 batteries from an EV charging station for 6 weeks but to no avail. Even the recommended neutral ground bonding plug didn't do the trick. But this transformer did the trick. I couldn't be happier.

Absolute Game Changer

Outstanding product! Worked perfectly the first time I used when my rv batteries went dead. Found an EV charger and in a half hour I was good to go. Since then I use EV chargers all the time now to keep my huge lithium bank charged. Game changer for me. Love this company as they were very responsive to my inquiries up front.

Helps keep my batteries charged in the winter

Amazing product. Works better than expected. I have four 100am lithium batteries and I can charge them in about 3 hours with this. Completely solved my problem of charging in winter without sufficient sunlight for my solar panels.

Perfect for My Portable Battery Bank

Psss...It is a secret. If this gets out, all RVers will use it. I usually charge my van every three or four days, depending on how much solar power I can get. After dinner, around 7 or 8 pm, I drive to a charging station. At 10 pm, I drive to a sleath overnight parking spot. I use the stored power from the charging station to run everything in my van, plus charge my e-bike. This saves me a lot of money because I do not have to pay for an RV camping site.
