This adapter is specifically for those who have imported a US spec vehicle to Europe - it works t charge your vehicle at nearly all European fast-chargers, but it does not work with American fast-chargers, as the connectors are different. Great for travelers and expats who wish to take their beloved vehicle with them. This convenient and compact adapter finally makes it possible to bring your US-spec Tesla vehicle with you anywhere in the world and still be able to supercharge and fast-charge. Simply pop the adapter onto the charger cord and start charging as you normally would.

Important Note: To use this adapter, your vehicle must have CCS support enabled (on your vehicle's touchscreen, tap on "software" and then "additional vehicle information". If you see "CCS adapter support: enabled", then you will be able to charge at CCS stations and at Tesla Superchargers, both. If your vehicle does not have CCS support, you can schedule a CCS retrofit from Tesla, and once you get the retrofit done, you can use this adapter.

Rated to 200 amps or 150KW. Contains thermal protection designed to cut power if overheating. If this happens, let the adapter cool down and it will work again.
